The Picasso inks are so vibrant and smooth! You can use them over a wiped inhibition layer or a matte top - so much fun to play with on all sorts of designs: plaid, marble, abstract … you will love them ❤️

These inks are so pigmented and 8 colors that are beautiful and you can do so much with. I'm still playing and testing out different ways to marble these inks without having to matte the nail first. Extremely happy that I was able to get my hands on this collection.
